- A hat
- Gatorade or Pedialyte
- Electrolyte tablets such as Nuun electrolyte tablets. Something with some potassium and magnesium.
- A couple bananas if you cannot get the electrolyte tablets
- A small pack of toilet paper. You know those bathrooms out there are going to be gross and/or out of TP.
Remember to try and stay cool, especially if you have your dancing shoes on. Try to limit the energy drinks to two or three. More than ten energy drinks in a day is somewhat of a problem. Stick to clear alcohol (vodka and gin) as it gives you less of a hangover. Tonic water is a good alternative mixer. I know they charge about the same for a bottle of water as a drink, but try to drink a bottle of water every two or three drinks.
